checks from U.S. banks are accepted up two weeks in advance.

unfortunately the studio is not handicap accessible.
cancellation policy: 10% cancellation fee or $75, whichever is greater. due to our small size, you may cancel up to two weeks in advance with only the cancellation fee. less than two weeks is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook (cancellation fee still applies). for monthly rentals- cancellations up to four week in advance are 50% of the monthly rent (2 week policy still applies) unless
we are able to rebook. upon notice of cancellation, we will do our best to rebook the studio.
changes to your reservation will be accommodated whenever possible without charge.
check out/check in Time- Noon/3pm. These times are flexible if the studio is already cleaned or no one else has booked. If we're around, we are happy to let you leave luggage if you arrive early or are leaving late.
